Sabong.com.Ph was launched on March 2000 by a group of 4 persons with different levels of involvement in cockfighting. The group has determined the value of sharing information about the sport of cockfighting via the Internet and set forth to gather like minded individuals to a safe and secure spot where there is exchange of ideas, stories, information, laughter and the business opportunities.

Three years since, Sabong has evolved into the most popular website about cockfighting in the Philippines, and perhaps arguably, the entire world. With 5,000+ registered members and more unregistered visitors, the Sabong website as it is today is a melting pot of different cultures from different parts of the world. While still a Filipino and Philippine website by heart, the Sabong site caters to an international audience spanning the entire globe, from North America to South America, Europe to Africa, and Asia to Australia, we are host to people from all parts of the world.

Sabong is here to stay. We are constantly evaluating the website, listening to suggestions and comments on how to improve the experience of our visitors and members. There are so many things to be done. While this is our past time, this is also our passion. We hope that you will be with us as we continue to broaden our horizons and improve our service to you.
