Bacolor hosts anniversary derby

MORE than 50 big-time cockers and breeders are seeing action in the upcoming "First Anniversary 4-Cock Derby" of Bacolor Cockpit Arena in Pampanga on Friday, Nov. 21. Entry fee is P22,000, while the prize at stake is P1 million. Bacolor Cockpit Arena is under the management of Jingco Brothers (Juna and Rudy), Ramon Ricafort and engineers Damian Ramos and Efren Canlas. The Jingco Brothers have invited their fellow members in the National Cockers Association (NCA) and Ucap to make the event a special occasion. Actual submission is on derby day, from 6 a.m. to noon. Weights limits are from 1.9 kg. to 2.4 kg. Derby starts at 5 p.m.
