I would want to voice out my persisting problem here since you are the owner of this site, and this forum is intended for comments, suggestions and criticisms...suffice to say lend me your ears and pls. hear my grievance. My problem started some weeks ago when i had a misunderstanding with a fellow member here by the name of DESERT DUST whom i had a few arguments (but no malicious & curse words were used) this occured on the thread DENG KAPAMPANGAN NAMAN in chit chat forum, most of my topics were written in our local dialect. As a man, it is only logical that when you are confronted with allegations and issues, it is only natural to voice out your contentions and there is no wrong with that as long as you do it the proper way, but what i got is not fair after a few postings of answering with the issues my handle BUSHPIT was banned 4 no valid reasons at all, to think all of my arguments with Desert Dust were isolated on our thread and written on local dialect, hence i didnt make a big problem on this site that would mean offensive to everyone here.

I was badly affected with that incident because i lost all of my important letters from my friends here on my PM INBOX.I have no choice but to create another one by the name of BUSHPITT, and i thought my problems would end there, but i was wrong. When i started posting on our thread like greeting friends, making cocking stories, i would notice after creating a new post my post would just disappear after a few minutes, this happened for several times, the last two incident only this day, the first one was posted in Chicken talk in the thread about good broodcocks, i made a comment about the post of a certain american with the handle of ELLISGAMEFARM saying that Filipino cockers dont give much important on gameness of chickens... of course as a filipino faced with this wrong notion i have the right to object and voice out my opinion as a member of this site, but again as i've said that post was deleted again for no valid reasons at all, i didnt use foul nor vulgar words, i only made an opinion asserting the greatness of the Philippines when it comes to cockfighting as an answer to a fellow american cocker who have the notion that Filipinos dont take gameness in consideration when in comes to cockfighting, im sure as a Filipino you will also not agree on what he said.

Another deleting incident happened just a few hours ago, this occured in Usapang manok, under the thread THL TAMBAK GAMEFARM owned by my friend Edwin, i made a comment about a cocker's fulfillment and success in cockfighting which is achieved by dreaming and exerting real endeavors, i made Edwin an example and Boljak the famous handler who made it big, and congratulated the former for his newly open cockpit, yes that was only the content of my post, but still it was deleted. Another thing i want you to know is even confidentiality of a member here is sometimes violated, take for intance my case with Zwetchga,Sadam etc. she was able to know my other handle by the hospitality extended to her by a moderator. It seems that there is also palakasan on this site, which can be used against a helpless member like me. Once i made a complain about the open tirades of Guapito on me by using foul and uncalled for words, to no avail.

Yes this is a free site & i dont pay a single centavo here, and that there are existing rules and regulations that a member must abide and at anytime i can be ban or kick on d ass, but am i not entitled to be treated fairly as your fellow sabungero? you might tell me that im free to go at anytime i wish, but thats not easy for me i have been here since 2001, i have met a lot of friends thru this site. Hence my only request is that these bad experience be corrected, as you have said all moderators are all professionals, but in my humble opinion being a professional is not an assurance that they cannot make mistakes, we're all humans we are capable of doing such. I dont even know if this post of mine will be there for an hour or two, all i wish before anyone there would delete it, that this grievance be read by the owner of this site.

Isa lang ang nag-pepersonal sa akin doon, no more no less , com'on i have many friends there and we do always meet in person, my friendship with them is beyond this cyber thing. So certainly its not the majority.In my opinion i was banned arbitrarily.

Enough with the banning issue. How about those deletions that i cited? can you kindly give me an explanation why it was done? considering the fact that hindi naman offensive ang mga yon, like yong nag comment ako about Easter na maging yon ay na-delete din, why? pati narin yong moderator na nag reveal kay Zwetchga ng ibang handle ko, bakit kailangan pang gawin yon?

Me as one of the member of KCA group and as their treasurer don't even heard about this banning consultations.The only thing that puzzled me was when Bushpit post something on my Tambak 1 THL thread why delete the whole thing and not just delete his post. I know i don't pay a single cent on this site and you guys have all the decisions to do so.

I'am also one of the kapampangan group and was nominated as one the group officials.

Bushpit for serveral times had posted an apology to all concered on some of his post that he made a mistake.

Hope you will consider his request to re- instate his handle name and his mail box if its still possible.

It was not an arbitrary decision, the complaints came from your group. The decision to ban also came from your group, IP's logged also do not lie, that is very factual...an indiscretion was done, a decision was handed down...

We may not be able to ban your desire to re-register, but we can ban the IP...we havent banned the IP and so far we have shown some restraint...We are not playing God, just trying our best to protect the common good as we see it...

i was trying to ignore your posts after that incident between us, but it really bothers me that someone accused me of something i am not and of something i did not start.

i am not guapito as you believed. i did not say any foul words about you or defame your name as you did mine even after i found out what you did to get a person's affection/attention. i was asked to apologize in that person's behalf for the foolish behaviors exhibited. i did not mention or PM'd your name to the concerned.

do you want me to post proof so i can substantiate my argument here, or settle this in a more matured manner?

Kilala kita at isa ka sa mga buddy ko doon sa isang handle ko noon FYI na banned yong handle na Bularit kasi pinintasan ko ung bagong classified adds nong may bayad na siya, pero tinanggap ko nman ng maluwag yon, wala ako naka away na member dito.

Im open to any due sanction as long as i deserve it, i can bear the banning, but with regard to those issues that i cited in my post recently which up to know doest have any answer from your group, like my non-offensive post like the Easter greetings and the recent post of mine about Thl Tambak thread which even Edwin did mentioned, the latter being our officer and Morila Abe being our President doesnt know what consultation to the group your speaking of, can they be by passed with the consultation? being the treasurer (Edwin) much more a president in the person of Morila Abe? lets be specific here so we can substantiate the veracity of the ''group decision and consultation issue" you keep on insisting. If just to save face here, at least one of those Kabalens who belong to the group who ALLEGEDLY want me out should by this time already came out to prove me wrong, would that be hard for them to do? assuming if they indeed exist? i dont think so. So far two officers came out, no less than the president of our group whom we call Kapitan Morila Abe, no less than the latter would certainly inform me even atleast thru txt, that indeed there was a consultation. Napaka busy ng mga tao sa DKN thread upang pag aksayahan pa nila ng time ang pag ba banned sa akin.


So far you just keep on the banning issue, but dont give any single explanation as a moderator on the other issues that i raised, Saan ka ba makakakita ng nag greet lang ako ng Easter as a reflection of holy week ay i-de delete pa? nag congratulate lang ako sa isang member dito na Cyberfriends pa nman dahil sa bagong bukas niyang sabungan ay na-delete din, why? ano bang implication ang pwedeng idulot sa site na ito ng mga post na binanggit ko at kailangan pang burahin? for the common good? saan ang good don? is it justifiable to delete a clean post or a harmless one? is it justifiable for a moderator to reveal to other members here the other handle of a fellow member? just because Zwetchga is close to that moderator? you are trying your BEST for the common good? as a member of this group i belong to the aspect of common good though im not asking you to protect me, but atleast spare me with those abovementioned things that i cited as my grievance.


What is the relevance of my IP address on this issue? did i make an issue about this? you just extracted that on my signature below, so what's the relevance of raising it up here, when it is way below there? is this your way of indirectly threatening me? If banning my IP is your last recourse to get even with me... sorry to tell you i would always comeback because i have lots of friends here whom i cant just leave.If that ever happens there are thousands of Internet cafe outside my doorstep waiting 4 me. I have already mentioned before, I did not delete the postings so I will not comment on that and I dont want to second guess the reason.

I am commenting on the banning of the username "Bushpit" because we received several e-mail complaints regarding postings that were irritating the hell out of the Kapampangan Group...I acted on the complaint, the recommendation to ban "Bushpit" came from your group as well...

I have nothing more to say...I have no personal agenda to even think of getting back at you...If you think this is a case of getting back at you...This is also not "saving face", cause I have the e-mails to prove it...so better ask your group not me...I PMed edwin on the banning issue...

Before the banning incident, Malalim even called me in Bagiuo and told me about the ruckus in the kapampangan thread.

The moderators, including me were consulted sir, and also your cabalen members.

Actually as moderators we don't even need to consult anyone. As Malalim said, we have the emails and the REPORTED POST TO THE MODERATORS private messages.

Second, in your thread started by GAMEFOWL, nothing was deleted except the post of BUSHPITT. Your post states that the thread was deleted but its not, check it out.

I was still in Pinas when i found out about the deletions and even checked it first before i reacted. Anyway now that the TAMBAK 1 THL thread is back everything is fine on my side. Thank you guys and now that i'm getting old i don't dwell on conflict anymore.
