Top Luzon breeders vie in Roligon derby

MORE than 62 quality fights are on tap as Luzon's top breeders compete in today's Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association 7-Stag Derby at the Roligon Mega Cockpit beginning at 6 p.m. Seeing action in today's elimination round is the first batch of participants. Round two is on Thursday while the finale is on Saturday. Among the early favorites are first leg champion Mauro Prieto of Palawan (Anito entry), Engr. Jun Sevilla, William Go, Benjie Lim, hotelier Biboy Enriquez, Sonny Lagon, Boy Gamilla, Ucap president Raymond Velayo, Emoy Gorgonia, LGBA president Boy Diaz, Rep. Lawrence Wacnang, Blandy Tolentino, R. Tan, Ram Lopez, Ricky Castillo, Eddie Lee and Jess de Vera. Sponsors are Washout Shampoo, Pitfighter Feeds, Enertone, Derby Ace, Amtyl 500, Supremo Pellets and Strike Power Pellets.
