Yes, I have a 15-hectare farm in Lindaban, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, almost fully planted to fruit trees like Giant Guavas, Nangka, Rongrein Rambutan, Longkong Lanzones, and King Mandarin. This farm with "Baguio-type" climate is for sale for 2 Million pesos and it's only an hour's drive from Cagayan de Oro City Airport. It's along a National Rd., 12 kilometers from the poblacion of Manolo Fortich, leading to Mt. Kitanlad National Park. It has water and electricity and traversed on one side with a government irrigation canal. And to top it all, it's ideal for raising fightingcocks. Why is such a beautiful farm up for sale? I have a 5 hectare land in Bohol good for gamefowls. Anybody interested to venture as a partner. The place is hillyin 25 degrees with plantation, concrete house, very deep wheel, with handler available, no electricity but reachable by wire from neighborhood. We had a poultry before there but distroyed by typhoon we stop it. |
