Enabled the server again.

Optimized and repaired tables again.

CPU usage back to normal 0.xx to 1.xx range

when Sabong forum is turned off, the server maintains stability.

When Sabong forum is ON, the server's CPU usage shoots up. If this occurs again, we'll have to migrate to the latest version of vB.
