NCA 7-stag derby sizzles today

THE THIRD leg of National Cockers Association's Stagwars 7-Stag Derby series unfolds today at the Araneta Coliseum. The finals is set this Wednesday. Former ambassador Danding Cojuangco and newspaper publisher Butch Macasaet ruled the first leg last Sept. 3 while hotelier Biboy Enriquez was solo champion in the second leg. The derby's co-hosts-Rep. Rudy Albano, Pico Berin and Jun and Rudy Jingco-are again expecting fierce cockfighting action. Also scheduled in the NCA Stagwars are two more derbies, scheduled on Oct. 6 and 8 (hosted by Mayor Nene Aguilar and Gerry Ramos) and Oct. 13 and 15 (hosted by Louie Cua and Tony Tan). According to my source Binangonan Jimafer became the solo champion.

Balita pa eh nagtatalo mga manok ni P. Antonio pero yung last 2 fights nya eh panalo at umuusok daw talaga ang mga manok sa sobrang galing...

2nd to the last fight ng derby eh isa sa mga highlights, dehado at onse ang logro ng nasa wala kasi pangit ang score...bago bitawan eh pumasok si Idol Jun Santiago ko at sya ang nagbitaw nung nasa wala, hindi naman daw Tbird Firefly 8 or 13 yung entry name. Ayun nanalo ang dehado at bayad ang kaibigan ko huhuhu
