breeding below average fowl!

beginners are prone to this breeding method.that is breeding mediocre cocks.it is either due to lack of knowledge in identifying good solid winning fowl or might be not financially ready to buy the good ones.medyo bitin sa budget.they breed this mediocre fowl and would mostly end to frustrations and diappointments.they would mostly end up as losers.they would start looking for solutions to cure the problem.they would start reading chapters of different keeps, prone to hearsays, and worse would end using these hokus pokus drugs that advertise and promise to make an ace out of a dunghill.remember that a dunghill will always be a dunghill!there are no drugs on earth that could enhance their gameness and hitting power.these qualities are from proper breeding.if you breed the right solid winning line ,then you don`t need all these stuffs.just natural vitamins, clean feed and clean environment.i was in my late twenties when i found the truth.i saved those money and bought the right stuff.that was then when i used richard bates fowl, that was the trend then.at that time they got what it takes to bring you to the top .now there are lots of good breeders other than bates.but it requires the right price.save every penny, when you`re ready and only if you`re ready then buy what you think is right.

Sa aming lugar, usu ang hiraman scheme. kahit small time backyard breeder ka lang at may kumpare kang isang kilala at bigtime na breeder makakakuha ka ng linyada or bloodlines to start with your breeding. Meron ding 50/50 kayo ng breeder na hiniraman mo pag na-hatch na and mostly of the backyard
breeder in my place really have the confidence on their fowls because they can really 100% take care of it.They have that luxury to do it due to minimal quantity of fowls they can manage on their backyard.I believed in Breeding...if you have the right bloodlines you want and have your own proper
breeding program...you're on the right track and who knows you just wake-up one fine morning and came-up with the right nic..You must have dig the goldmine. Sa amin, ang Pera gina-pala kag gina-piko.

Cheers! and Mabuhay!

Pero kahit walang pera, walang magandang material, mag-breed ka pa rin...pwedeng tanghalian at hapunan, ibat-ibang klase ng luto pa...tinola, litson, adobo atbp.

Experience is the best training...on the job!Siempre kahit papaano, yung kukunin ng beginner eh yung pumapalo din at malaman. Beginner nga eh kaya start small. Pero yung knowledge ng proper raising ng manok ang matutunan niya dito...from mating to hatching to conditioning until ready to cook.

hehehe,

Thumbs down

This is the best way to waste your time,
money and probably interest in raising gamefowl. What do you think is your feeling
if the birds you release, nasugatan ng kaunti
at hinabol ka sa gradas.Pwera pa iyong sisigaw ng kyok(coke)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol!!!!
Been there and done that and i don't recommend it.

Mabuti yung praktis muna, then luto na, then yung tunay na...hehehe.

Being in the sport of gamefowl, it will cost you a good investment in the beginning. You should only raise as much as you can afford. Getting good pedigree from the true cockers out there is the way to go. Sometimes even from those big name cockers you might get junk. You will just have to explore until you find what suites you. It's a gamble. Life is a gamble. Be patient and be in the sport 100% or don't be in the sport at all. From a rookie.Hehe!

getting the best seed fowls alone is not enough
it should be coupled by knowledge in breeding

why is a pure line breed more expensive than a cross line?

partner888,

assuming you want to create a good cup of coffee. then let say a pure breed is like a coffee or a creamer or a sugar and a cross breed fowl is like a 3 in 1 coffee.

after using a 3 in 1 coffee ( a cross breed) you decided that the taste lacks some creamer. so add another 3 in 1 coffee (cross breed), do you think it will solve your problem ?

but if u use a plain coffee (pure breed) and a plain creamer (also a pure breed) and decided that the taste lacks some creamer., by adding a creamer (a pure breed), do you think it will satisfy your taste ?

just my opinion buddy.
