mga brod, time is passing us too quickly,and christmas is coming very soon,i start this thread just maybe some of you guys would like the idea about chiping in some extra cash and after we have this fund we buy some toys for those unfortunate kids that never has at their very young age,we all beleive that christmas is the time of the year where young kids thinking about Santa,Can we be a Santa Claus giving toys and some stuff that could fill their hearts with some happiness.

lets say it is the Hospicio de San Jose The idea is someone in our group find out when they have their christmas party for the kids,I guess they have it .
and then we hire someone, a masscot to wear santa claus attire and distribute the toys for the kids. Maybe some of you guys out there has other ideas we can add up too so it become more memorable for the kids.

I will start with 100$ as buena mano in the fund

There will be CF Balikbayans in December, I hope they raise their hands to say they can spend time in their busy holiday vacation to participate in this noble intention.

I have asked before, and will ask again, if they want a derby in December, now is the time to firm it.

CF Christmas gift for the deserving kids!

The options are:

1.Will set up a derby 3 cocks ( where and when?) blind matching. All proceeds will be for the kids christmas gifts.
2. Voluntary sharing , kusang pago.

What is the possibities of visiting places within our area/ like Manila Base/ Pampang & tarlac/ Pangasinan & Ilocos/ Visayas /Mindano area. etc. in that case there will be more children that will enjoy.

Lets open our heart and share our blessings to the deserving kids no matter how big or small to some charity institutions , day care centers, bahay ampunan.

We can give anyting that will make them happy like Toys, school supplies,clothes, foods, shoes and anyting they need. I mean as much as we can but prioritize it per their needs.

Christmas is just around the corner, let's make this thead active.

Everyone have a very nice idea in helping the needy and unfortunate kids, especially this coming Christmas. It's just a matter of how to make it happen.

I suggest to have a CF-sponsored 3-cock derby before Christmas and all the proceeds (of course after deducting expenses) will be used for the purpose of the subject. Though I'm still not a member of CF (thanks to Mr. Kid - hehehe), I will participate with an entry or 2 if time permits.

We will then use the event of the derby a medium to get together CF members to have a short meeting and decide how we're going to push through with the plan.

How about that...

Sad to say, cockmates, but I just found out only this morning that I will not be able to be back home this coming Christmas due to changes in the schedule of our I.T. project implementation.

Meaning, my wish to participate in a derby this coming Christmas got hung on the air. However, if there'll be a derby this coming November or January (my new leave schedule), I promise to field an entry or 2 (I just hope that it will be within MM or S.Tagalog area).
