Red Rice Cooking
Doc how long do I have to cook the Red Rice? Is it the same cooking style as the ordinary rice?
What is the proper way of feeding supplements coming from the fridge? do I need to heat them again and wait to cool down or just thaw them until it goes back to room temp? thanks |

Re: Red Rice Cooking
Red rice is cooked the same way as white rice... If you prefer to include red rice in your pointing feed, you have to be consistent from the start. Meaning to say, if you have to give it cooked from day 1 up to fight day....Actually, I prefer giving it raw and dry because of its Thiamine content.
With regards to feeding supplements coming from the fridge, you have to allow it to set to room temperature before giving it to your chickens. Their tongues are sensitive to changes in temperature. Last edited by tjtcokngacademy : October 17th, 2007 at 07:35 AM. |
