hyperlink on the last post

hello senti,

would like to suggest that it is better and more convinient that you put a hyperlink on the last post.

i mean yes, there is a hyperlink when you go on the the individual boards but when you click on the new post since your last visit button and the topics appear, there are no hyperlinks on the last post, we have to go through the 1st page of the post and from there go to the page we wanted, which is the last.

this is very convinient for us who visits the site and wants to go directly to topics that have new post since we last visited.

...all the topics that has new posts will appear....from there i could click on 2 arrows on each topic...one for the last post/reply which is on the far right side of the topic & the other one on the far left side which give me all the posts/replies since my last visit of the topic.....and if i click the topic itself it will bring me to the very first post. Thats what i see here. fis

so from here i could do it 3 ways...
...i could go direct to post 1 or from where it start.
...i could go to the last post(the most recent one).
...i could go to the first reply since i last visited the topic.

you may have misunderstood me, try this.. when you first log-on it will take you to main index of boards, click on one board, for example the chicken talk. this will take you to all topics on chicken talk, do not click on the topic but instead click on the date found on the right of one topic, it will take you to the latest reply. try it on a topic with many relies or have many pages, it will take you directly to the last reply without having to go through the first page.

but when we click on the NEW POST, yes, it will take us to threads with new replies but there is no hyperlink on the date so we have to go through the first page before we can read the latest reply.

found the hyperlink, it is the arrow pointing down beside the title of the topic.:blush:

...yeah thats it...u could go 3 ways either way, but there is another button/arrow solely for each forums latest reply on the upper right..
