What type of Ginseng do you recommend?

Doc;

I would like to ask what type of Ginseng has a better effect and result to our fowls during the conditioning period.

a. PANAX Ginseng or Korean Geinseng
b. Siberian Ginseng
c. American Ginseng
d. Combination of the 3.

I prefer the korean giseng. It is best positioned during pre-conditioning stage and at the start of the keep, right after deworming.

I noticed u only gave Ginseng twice during your 21 days keep and last one was 9 days before d fight day, can u pls share your idea why?
I just thought i can still give the last one just a few days b4 fight day for it to be more effective...
I'm just thinking my way of doing it might be wrong, so i like to hear your idea if its alright to have a better understanding...

try korean red ginseng vitamin,,,the one in a capsule,,try nyong bumili jan sa may malate ba yon,,,pero ang kunin nyo yong may korean character ang label at english,, price nya ito sa korea is 250$ 100capsules,,

dati may binigay saakin ang ate ko imported na multivitamins with gensing.gamit ko kaso medyo mapait dahit nga may gensing pero ng binigay ko sa manok ko.maganda ang resulta....nagpapanalo kami...yong kaibigan ko binigyan ko ng 14 pcs. (tablet form) yon 4 nyang manok nanalo din...siguro nga maganda din talaga sa manok itong gensing......

mag aminoplex or creatine ka na lang
mas subok pa pre.....mas mabilis ang epekto
