Pasay 5-stag derby today

A WIDE open race for the championship looms as cockfighting big shots collide in a super 5-stag derby at the air-conditioned Pasay City Cockpit today, with Saguapaan Hammer, Sagupaan Mite Free and Sagupaan B-50 Forten as sponsors. Hosts are sabong idol Patrick Antonio and Ramon Mancenares of Negros Occidental. Vying for the title tonight are Antonio, Tony Lasala, Pol Estrellado, Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado, Lito Orillaza, Gerry Ramos of Las Piñas, Renato Shio, Jun Topacio of Mandaluyong, William Co, Jet Fernando, Magno Lim, Madlambayan Brothers, Jun Jingco, Boy de Roca, Joey and Buboy delos Santos, Muroy Dolorico, Jake Macasaet, among others. PCC managers Oscar Gonzales, Eric dela Rosa and Butchoy Olano announced that seven to eight fights per hour, non-stop, will be held because of the big number of fights.
