salbahe and pilyo
doc ted,
just visited my gamefowls yesterday and was happy to see 21 stags in good health. medyo may apat na stag na nanunuka pag hinahawakan at pumapalo pag nilalapitan. just arrived last june 12 for that much needed vacation. medyo sabik ako sa mga naproduce last year kaya puro kagat ng manok yung left and right braso ko at may palao pa ako sa hita. just want to ask how i can remedy this habit of my stags. baka kasi sandali lang ang vacation ko kaya gusto ko sanang mahimas-himas yung mga alaga bago ako tumulak uli paalis for my next vessel. by the way, just want to say congrats to the graduates who have used the knowledge they learned from the academy on their success at the fighting arena. puede bang bumisita sa site on your july schedule? medyo curious lang kasi ako sa mga next batch of students mo at kung may bagong batch ng mga produkto si sir. thanks and more power to you doc. renne211 |

There are two possible reasons why they developed the man-fighting habit. First is hereditary. Breeding them too close (inbred) or breeding two heavy hatch line can affect their nerves. Second is environmental factors wherein your stags developed the undesirable habit because of improper handling. Taming is best done at night so that you can massage them gently. When placed in their pens, always put a tiecord for easy-handling. Renee.... you are most welcome to visit the academy this coming July 12 13 14. See you there amigo. |

Re: salbahe and pilyo
Doc,
Thanks for the reply. These three stags that I produced were from hatch-higgins line (broodhen) and the broodcock is a three way cross with predominat hatch line too. All three (and the rest of the stags) are in the cord area. It is only these three amongs the 21 stags that I produced last year that are manfighters. Actually, the broodcock is a manfighter hence there might be some truth in getting the genes from the father. I saw from some previous posts that you were able to have the illustrious Atty. Bombit Abad as one of your gusest speakers during your seminars. Having both of you and Atty. Abad sharing their knowledge on conditioning and pointing gave a tremendous advantage to the batch of students who were present during the seminar. Also saw some testimonials from your previous students who were victorious more so after attending your seminar. It just proves the fact that there are lots of things to be learned from your academy. More power to you Doc and the staff of the academy. I was hoping to have a small talk with you before I go back to my next vessel but unfortunately was not able to learn you address here in Metro Manila. Just the same, just want to visit the academy if ever I'm still here on the month of July. Yours, renne211 |
