I am not a CF, but am very good friends to some of them...you may get in touch (send a PM or email) with San Roque to get any updates on membership...

San Roque or Mang Ben to most of us, is one of the most amiable and well respected guys in this site...a true gentleman...I'm sure he will be able to respond to your query...

Thanks for your interest in joining the CF organization. We will just be more than glad to process your request for membership along with a few others as soon as we are ready to take-in new members. Unfortunately at this time, we have temporarily suspended acceptance of new members pending finalization of some new guidelines on qualification, code of conduct and rules & regulation of the organization. We hope to be able to come up with these new guidelines soon so we can resume screening of new applicants. Rest assured that we are keeping tab of those who have signified intention of joining the CF and we will definitely let you know as soon as we are ready.
