Inbox empty??

i've received a message that my inbox is full & reached the quota so i have to go to the path to delete some messages in my PM inbox, but i was surpriced when i get to see my PM all the vital messages are gone, 'means automatically deleted'...why ? i supposed that it's an options of manual erase so you can choose which mssgs. are not needed to be stored..thus, the notice of PM over quota send by the admin. is not useful.

Can we correct the purpose of the notice ?

Never keep anything on your PM...me, I copy anything I want and save somewhere and empty my PM. That's why no one who sends me PM gets notice that mine is full...fool, oo, heheheh.

Sorry AXTDP...

Follow Kidd's advise. The PM is more for convenience rather than a reliable storing space. The system gets retarded once in a awhile and does some "voodoo" on all of us. Just use the PM for convenience sake.

I got an email telling me my inbox was full but nothing is there when i go there and then it says that i cant recieve any pm. it says that i have 35 messages but it wont let me get to them to delete them

What should i do???

go to inbox and delete also your sent emails...you should have maybe 30 or more sent items in there...it all counts to 29 only i guess the allowed received + sent emails...hope am right.

sorry to correct Senti, but the system is just fine & dandy... space is taken up by sent messages, too...

but Senti is right, PM is not a hotmail account,

rather for short notes between members. Use with care.
