What are the formalities you need when setting up a gamefarm?! I mean do you have to register it to some government agencies, do you have to obtain permits, sort of things?!
Thanks for you inputs. CorpsCom:blush: |

what are you guys talking about? These are chickens! You can raise them anytime you want to, and anywhere unless explicitly prohibited (i.e. high-rise bldg, hehe). Build pens and stakes then put your chickens there. Unless, your in export & importing business otherwise.. then... also some big-time groups requires your health certify.

CC,
Yes there are certain formalities. You have to register from the following agencies. Provincial BOI, Domestic Trade, except GAB you have to register at the main office. You have to obtain permit too from your local government agency, like baranggay clearance, bldg. and fencing permits. Now you can import without hassle. good luck! beecool |

Yes, seriously what are you guys talking about...
No! I don't think I've really need to have to read it again. I read it once and that's all it takes! However, for your joy in pleasure in keeping up with the peace I READ THEM AGAIN. Surely Enough HE wasn't explicitly sure enough on his subject "?!" and definitely CLEAR that it Could be a backyard operation gamefarm type of deal, most CERTAINLY enough he didn't declare any of his plan of importing, and so did you! So, really what are you guys talking about?

beecool;
how do you import the fowls then? I mean is it cheaper and less hassle if you use our kabayan shippers from California, right? Unless of course from what you say it is considerably cheaper to import more chickens? I mean I can have a huge farm property and just have chickens in it too, right? what then are the formalities do you need then for permits and paperwork for setting up a farm? I mean even if you sell them, do you think the BOI will take you seriously? I can even have a property in the most exclusive villages and still have some chickens in my backyard. Thanks for your input in this openended question. |

Roundhead,
My farm is legally registered that’s why I can import fowl direct. Well, you can do what you want to do as desired considering there is no adverse effect is directed to others. good luck... beecool |

hi Beecool it me again;
is it considerably cheaper for you to send for your fowl yourself? How about the red tape invloved? And also which carrier to use. I was told by people who work by NAIA that sometimes importers dont even show up to pick up the birds. I'd appreciate it if you can share the intricancies, especially the cost and time constraints. or can I fly with the birds? thanks! |
