For lease.

900sqm, walking to Araneta...must be the 3rd house on the right, from the traffic light at the corner of Tuazon and 8th Ave Cubao.

Has an old house and lots of space for a conditioning area.

Some people brought up the idea of a cocking school/conditioning area/quarters etc...just don't have the time for that.

Anyone interested? Make a fair offer.

Don't think so...I think you are referring to the Araneta property.

The person most knowledgable about the location is Roadman.

SERRANO'S FARM,

it was tenanted last year at PHP75,000 a month.

look at it first..just make a fair offer when you are interested.

Do U know how much is the going rate for lease of farmland per hectare in Batangas or Laguna? Appreciate any input from all others here. thanks

A friend of mine is leasing a 5 hectare farm lot at P8,000/month...his farm is located on the fringe of Lipa City...a good 5-7kms away from the city proper... another person to ask is gamecock96 ...

kung 75k ang renta dito last time wala siguro sabungero na uupa dito para lang mag kundisyon ng manok kahit pa bigtime di ito kukunin.
