Chit- Chat overload

Have you notice there are thread we simply do not vist just beacause we cannot understand certain dialects? or simple we do not have business in them isnt it high time to create another section for regionalism and small splinter org or clubs to free chit chat of congestion? chit chat is I thing for general views on topics like politics, religion amusement, entertainment, etc.
