- Insert the legs, much like wearing pants.

- Wrap around, and push the center of the wing outward and ease out the wings through the hole, following the direction of the feathers. Do for both sides.

- Do not force out the wings starting at the tips, because you may hurt them and break the feathers.

- Secure the straps.
