Fellow CF’s we are short of hands, we need you to help us out in making these event a successful and memorable one.

Choose the group of your own liking and please sign up. WE WANT YOU!!!

RECEPTION COMMITTEE

Task - To manage and oversee the attendance of all members, guests and visitors. They will be in charge in providing ID’s , invitation of special guests, membership fees collections (if needed), providing directional signs and guides and other related tasks.


FOOD COMMITTEE

Task – To manage and oversee the planning, preparation, serving and clean-up of all foods, beverages and drinks during the event. They shall be responsible for coordinating with the caterer and their crew.


TUPADA COMMITTEE

Task - To manage the orderly screening of entries, matching of fights, squaring bets and officiating the tupada. They shall also be in charge in ensuring that we have sufficient entries.

TARI CLINIC COMMITTEE

Task – This group shall be tasked to recruit at least two MASTER MANANARI (preferably CF’s) to teach and demonstrate their craft to interested members. They shall also be in charge in inviting and identifying the Tari Clinic participants. For the orderly conduct of this activity, this committee should work in coordinatation with the Tupada Committee

GK PROGRAM AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

Task – This group shall be in charge in managing the entertainment program (if there are any) and the awarding of plaques and certificates of appreciation to all deserving CF’s . This group shall also be incharge in recording this event for posterity. It will also serve as the Central Committee whose task is to monitor the work progress of the other committees and to provide support if needed. This group shall also be responsible for contingencies.

on cockpit operation, seminar on conditioning and pointing, etc.

In this way, mas lalong interesting ang ating kitakits.

Thanks Al and Jerry for being the first volunteers.

For lack of time, I am afraid we cannot accomodate a sabong seminar or workshop, I believe it would be more fruitful if we dedicate a whole day or two for it. We can discuss this on Friday.

In the meantime let us dedicate the GK for FUN and TUPADA only!!

Calling all CFs, Calling all CFs! Ngayon na ang pagakakataon na tapatan natin ng gawa ang ating mga salita. Sumali at tumulong sa GK Working Committee. Stand up and be counted

Foreign based and provincial based CF's can also volunteer in the committees as long as they will attend the GK. You will be briefed by your local counterparts.

Dating CF's (DCF) and Balik CF's (BCF) are most welcome to join the committees.

Nakalimutan mo yung isa pa sa committee mo na pinapagpaalam mo na kay Chito. Yung round girl diba. Kailangan mo ng taga interview at taga hanap ng roundgirl. Volunteer na kami ni Roy sa dito kahit tight na schedule namin. Ewan ko si Alex kung kaya pa rin nya isingit ang isa pang committee, kasi nag volunteer na si alex sa reception hehehehehehhehehhe

lang ya...lahat tayo nag-sisiksikan sa round girl committee....lalabas niyan baka wala tayong kakainin at inom...wala pang volunteer sa food committee...

kahit gutom ang tiyan basta busog ang mata...nakapag tupada pa...

I'm kind of inexperienced when it comes to this subject but I would like to volunteer and check them out. If ever na we need
some killer ones, I will try and bring them over. How much is our budget for this?

Clarification lang po,

Wala po tayong Round Girls or Round Boys sa GK. Napagkakatuwaan lang po ng mga posters itong isyung ito.

On the other hand, ******** magazine thru its CFO Roldan Ceradoy aka 007 might be fielding in Promo Girls to help push or sell the magazine during the Global Derby.

Whatever additional chores they maybe assigned (like round girls) is ok with ******** as long as they are permitted by SM management and as long as it will help sell the magazine.
