There was once a good bulik lines in Hagonoy, Davao Del Sur... We used to call it, Perry Bulik (perry hatch x bulik) own and breed by Mr. Enying Direqueto.

my doms are accidentally in shade of chappell....dalawang dom ko mating..lumabas ang chappell....ang hen ko pala ay lahi ng chappell...lumabas ng nag out crossing ako...very fast cutter...finger lang ang sugat..one win pa lang...ill let this multiply...kaya lang no benta muna ngayon...paramihin ko pa eto....konti pa lang cockerels ko at..ang mga kapatid neto ay andoon kina elson 55...first batch yon...pinakyaw...

but for me..chappell are best cutters and very fast...di nakaporma ang hi flyer na kalaban...

There was a bulik line here on Guam that did very well in hack fights and small derbies. The origin was questionable because the breeder had his hens on free range and did not have any buliks. However, some chicks came out bulik and looked like the local feral chickens. They sparred like jumping jacks, often killing a rusher on the first buckle. The buliks won in double digits with most winning from 11 to 14 times. None of them ever ran and they just refused to mix it up with the American type gamefowl. The breeder only bet $50.00 each fight and the gamblers loved to back him up because he was almost always dehado. He was even awarded a special trophy for winning all the 2-cock derbies in a single season. Thieves and dogs cleaned him out so he quit.
