This issue has been pointed out from the start. That there is really no annual contract in dictado.. Ano sagot, puro paikot ikot lang, instead of maging transparent, nag cover up pa. Ngayon, you can say all you want, pero the result is di natuloy. Ibabalik ko tanong ni Roy. Gina guarantee nyo ba na sa jan ay nasa dictado pa kayo?? Basahin nyo ang sagot at posting, pati na ang excerpt ng putol na kontrata. Sana binuo na yung contrata para nabasa nyo na monthly ang takbo nito. Kung yung iba ay naniniwala na lang, dito kasi sa mga nasa pinas na pinagtutulong tulongan nyo eh may capacity kami to know the truth and everything that is happening. Ngayon na bumalik na itong issue, ayaw na naman i discuss ang mali... bakit?? kasi lalabas ba na talagang walang basis ang decision dati???? Kasi ba may tinatago??
Ang di ko talaga maintindihan eh yung rah rah rah boys. Na parang di nagbabasa ng issue but rather just posts for support??? This is not about numbers... It is about right and wrong. Suporta tayo ng suporta sa mga taong ni hindi alam kung ano ang tunay na nangyayari. You all have to have open minds and think of the issues in hand at di partisan para lahat ng problema ay maayos.

al pre sasagot ako ng kunti para naman sa parte ko...totoong may isang taon na contract ang dictado sa amin pero pinagawan namin ng option na pwede kaming kumalas sa contrata para nga sa ganitong pangyayari...kung maalala mo inayawan ko na yang gd at gk noon at gusto ko maayos lahat...kaso daming emails,,phone calls at dito sa thread na gusto ibalik uli sa dictado...
pati si roy at sr naglagay nyan sa thread so wala akong magawa pre sumasama lang ako sa gusto ng nakakarami...kung may pagkakamali ako sorry guys i'm trying to make everybody happy sana...this will never be personal between pinas guys and me i suppose...

I am very very very very very familiar with contracts. My dad rents real estate. Kami taga type dati + my dad is a lawyer so sya ang gumagawa ng contracts nya.
I would assume that you have a deposit, whether 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or whatever is agreed upon.
Now my question is very simple, ibabalik ba ni Mr. Dictado ang deposit or naibalik ba sa mga umupa. If that is the case then you do not have an annual contract (TERM of lease) kasi kung annual contract yun tapos nag cut kayo ng contract, siguradong hindi obligado si Mr. Dictado na ibalik sa inyo deposit nya. Now kung hindi nga ibinalik sa inyo o hindi sya obligado ibalik siguro nga KAMI ang mali sa pagsabi sa term ng contract. So ano ba ang sagot dito?

"To err is human, to forgive is divine." Can we solve this problem without sacrificing a lamb? Then, we have to go forward for the good of CF purpose.. to help the needy and that will include CF Member(s) in the future who will need such help. Can we?

Or will you all abide for the decision of CF Dispute Review Committee (CF DRC) to solve this issue of GK & GD Venue. Shall we test the CF DRC usefulness for the sake of CF Unity? If so, please accord your confirmation so that the CF DRC can be put to session and action for the good of CF in the future to come.

Kaya pag may nakikita akong mga daldal lang ng daldal na di hindi alam o di man lang inaalam ang issue dun ako talaga na iinis. Pre ang di pagkakaintindihan ay natural, but the thing here is issues were never tackled tapos parang kami pa yung pinlabas na masama. We have always been for transparency, tutal wala naman talaga dapat itago eh. Now people knows what we are talking about a few months ago, tapos parang kami parin ang gumagawa ng issue... Pre Al, Pre Roy, Pre Chili, I share your sentiments as to the events which happened not too long ago but I wish we should make the most of what 's ahead of us and share your solutions to our situation. No amount of digging up the ghost of the past could help, neither the" I told you so" attitude will solve what we have right now.
Mistakes have been made but we can not dwell on those, what we need are your help in providing the solutions. Many of your friends from other parts of the world have already made their plans so that I beg of you to please let's make this event a big success inspite of everything that has happened. I may not be there but my spirit will be and I always feel the joy seeing those pictures of faces that I have to meet and shake hands.

What help could you offer within your means and capability to make our GD and GK a happy event for all of us?
Pre, no malice was intended when I picked your names, I always have a deep regard for my friends and you are one of those friends, I am a very caring person and I care for all of you. We can have and may a divergence of opinion but it does not diminish your being an important person to me.
We must make this GD/GK happen and be a memorable one, despite all of this pre, and I know I can count on you.
That is all the help I will need, pre! When the goin gets rough,

This i can promise you. If this thing is settled the proper way. No cover ups, with no denials of wrong doing (admission of guilt)then i would grant your request.
I am a principled man. Sorry kung may condition ako gumalaw. Never kasi akong naging consintedor kung may nakikita akong mali, lalo na kung sa akin o sa mga kaibigan ko giangawa. This problem should be faced instead of avoided so this will not prop up again in the future.
I do not have to tell anybody kung ano ang tulong na pwede ko gawin. Kung nandito kayo at nag observe nyo ang events of the past, siguro alam nyo na kung paano sagot dito. I have been asked many times what do I think of the CF organization and how its being run. For sometime now, Grand Kitakits and Derbies were held in the Philippines. To be fair to the Officers, the top three officers should be in the Philippines because it is so convenient for them to work the different derbies and events. It is really unfair for Officers and directors from overseas to really get a good handle on the Philippine events. To me, if I were the officer, I will be shooting-from-the-hip, meaning just reacting and trying to look like I am making an intelligent decision. But in reality, its difficult to manage a project when it is thousands of miles away from the officers.

I recommend the officers to be in the Philippines and the board of directors should include: Philipines 4, North America (U.S.+ Canada) 2, Asia 1 and Europe 1 .

I bet you the events will be supported by CFs and local cockers. And, if there will be any problems, it will be resolved much easier because the venues of the events are in the Philippines and if you look at the past events, the CF officers relied on the local members in Metro Manila to plan the event and work the event.

My suggestion will alleviate most of the problems that we are encountering right now.
